ICPC Integrity Kitchen Lease Application for Caterers – Apply Now

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission would like to invite an interested, experienced and knowledgeable caterer to hire the Integrity Kitchen.

CIPC’s Integrity Kitchen is located in the south wing of the Commission. The building is housed separately from the operational building of the Commission. The facility was built in 2007 to provide food and refreshments to Commission staff and service meetings.

The property has the following facilities:

I. A large room as a service area with a seating capacity of 50 people

ii. Toilets for men and women

iii. Supervisor cell

iv. ATM machine

v. service area

vi. Internal cooking area with slabs, shelves, store, freezers, oven and worktops

vii. Pantry

viii. Outdoor cooking area with industrial gas burner units

ix. Adequate water supply

X. Adequate power supply

Work’s extent

The scope of work to be performed is primarily the use of the facility to provide catering services to the Commission on mutually agreed terms.

Eligibility criteria

I. Proof of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including CAC2 and CAC7 forms.

ii. Tax clearance certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years (2019, 2020 and 2021) valid until December 31, 2022.

iii. Proof of safety and health compliance certificate

iv. Verifiable proof of similar jobs performed within the last three (3) years

v. Any restaurant management certification

vi. All documents to be submitted must be transmitted with a covering letter/transmission on the Company’s letterhead bearing among others: the registration number (RC) as issued to the Company by the Corporate Affairs Commission ( CAC), contact address, telephone numbers (preferably GSM number) and e-mail address.

The cover letter (header) must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized manager of the company.

Submission of tender documents

Interested bidders should submit proposals based on the following TERMS OF REFERENCE:

a. Introduction stating the purpose of the business

b. Daily management of the canteen

vs. Plant maintenance

D. Cost-benefit analysis

e. Recruitment.

Interested bidders should submit, two (2) hard copies and electronic copies each of the proposal in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Hon. Chairman, CIPC, Plot 802, Constitution Avenue, Central Area, Abuja and clearly identified with the name of the project.

In addition, the back of each sealed envelope must bear the Bidder’s name and address and be deposited in a designated box in the HOU Procurement Office, First Floor, Room 40.

Closing Date: September 20, 2022.

Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Commission Secretary’s Office, ICPC, Abuja, as the Commission will not be held responsible for incorrectly submitted bids.

Opening OFFERS

Bid opening is not open to the public and only qualified bidders will be contacted

Note the following:

I. Tenders must be in the English language and signed by an official authorized by the tenderer

ii. Late submissions will be returned unopened.

iii. Only pre-qualified bidders will be contacted

iv. The Commission may verify any or all claims made by bidders, including requesting the submission of original documents for viewing and disqualifying any firm whose claim(s) are found to be false.

v. Nothing in this announcement should be construed as a commitment on the part of CPIC to undertake the project or as authorizing any company to make one or more claims regarding expenses incurred in preparing a bid response.

vi. The ICPC is under no obligation to pre-qualify any tenderer and reserves the right to cancel the process at any time without incurring any liability, in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
