Michael Jackson’s passport application listed for $ 75,000: report

Jackson listed his profession as an “entertainer” on the document.

It’s been over a decade since Michael Jackson tragically passed away, but memories of the life of the “Smooth Criminal” singer still earn a pretty dime. According to TMZ, the late ’90s artist’s passport application went on sale for tens of thousands of dollars.

Apparently Jackson lost his passport that day and had to fill out a replacement application, which went on sale on Moments in Time.

The form also comes with four Polaroid photos, showing the late star cradling what appears to be a white turtleneck blouse, with scalloped detailing and her iconic curls cascading down to her shoulders.

Perhaps the coolest part of the passport application should be Jackson’s signature, which extends far beyond the box it’s supposed to be limited to – his larger-than-life personality even shone in. his writing.

Jackson indicated his profession as an “artist” on the form, which appears to be in excellent shape for something as old as TMZ points out, this is probably why the piece received a hefty price tag of $ 75,000. If you’re a super MJ fan with cash to spare, this could be a great coin to add to your collection, but no average Joe is likely to splurge on a Passport app.

Earlier this month, we wrote a story about Jackson’s son, Prince’s response to recent comparisons between his father and Drake.

“I mean everyone has their own definition of great, and all respect for Drake whatever he does. But what my dad and my family did, back when they did, it is highly unlikely that it will ever be matched again, ”Prince said.
