PALM BAY – Beginning March 28, the City of Palm Bay will offer a new e-permitting software solution, Intuitive Municipal Solutions (iMS), to streamline the permitting process for building, driveway and drainage permits for field, as well as for closings and discounts consider applications. Building Department offices will be CLOSED to the public on Thursday March 24 and Friday March 25 during the transition to iMS and staff training on the new software. Building permit applications will be accepted by email until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23 and will resume on Monday, March 28 through the new iMS portal which will be available on the city’s website at www.palmbayflorida.org / building.
