PALM BAY – Beginning March 28, the City of Palm Bay will offer a new e-permitting software solution, Intuitive Municipal Solutions (iMS), to streamline the permitting process for building, driveway and drainage permits for field, as well as for closings and discounts consider applications. Building Department offices will be CLOSED to the public on Thursday March 24 and Friday March 25 during the transition to iMS and staff training on the new software.
